Who are we?


Mladen Dryankov

Mladen Dryankov is a professional with an open mind and an orientation towards achievement, who is ready to challenge himself and others beyond the limits of his comfort zone.

He has 25 years of experience in the IT industry and software development starting as a programmer while studying Computer Science. He has had the opportunity to work in a number of small and medium sized organizations including startups on one hand and on the other hand has had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and business industries which brings in a wide range of experience in areas such as security, mobile payments, network infrastructure management, financial systems, transportation, entertainment, green energy and nuclear safety systems, process and document management and many more.

His personal interests in psychology over the past 10 years lead him to the opportunity to gain valuable experience and knowledge. He holds a Master's degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology and has received a number of trainings and certifications in leadership and emotional intelligence from Daniel Goleman, behavior analysis and interview credibility assessment from the Emotional Intelligence Academy.

In the area of information security, he has received training and certification in internal auditing from ISO27001, ISO19011 and CISM® (Certified Information Security Manager, ISACA).

He combines three parallel universes: IT, Information Security and Organizational Psychology and this enables him to see things through three parallel prisms and deliver value in a unique way.

Diana Dryankova

"Individuals become their best selves when they embrace growth and development."

Following her motto Diana Dryankova is constantly developing herself as a person and a specialist. Diana Dryankova holds a Master's Degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from Sofia University and is a certified Life, Executive and Team Coach from Noble Manhattan, and has completed Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence Certification Course.

She is the creator of GoalTribe Guru, a one-of-a-kind app that combines goal setting, habit creation, journaling, including emotion reflection and meditations. She is also the creator of a two-part author program on Stress Management - Managing Personal Stress and Managing Stress in Organizations.

In the context of coaching in organizations, she is a published author of "Coaching in the Workplace" and her interests focus on executive coaching as well as coaching leaders and their teams to develop and achieve high performance, getting there without high levels of stress and in a good team and organizational culture.
