Building soft skills

Already at the beginning of the last century, the appeared question and as A: Why are people with high IQ not always successful in life and work? How are people with average IQs more successful than those with high IQs? And the answer is one – soft skills or the so-called emotional intelligence are important. Daniel Goleman in his books mentions research that shows employers would prefer people with a good level of emotional intelligence over very good professionals but with a low level of emotional intelligence. The good news is that emotional intelligence can develop throughout our lives.

Duration of training ?

The training is two days and in person.
