How does this work?

In the preparation of the advice we have used NLP techniques, the SMART model and coaching tools. Analyzing what we’ve done on a goal is an important part of meeting it, so we’ve developed a special log to the goals where you can evaluate your performance and find out what’s working and what’s not working.

Meditations also help in increasing awareness, to build resilience and well-being, which helps a lot in achieving goals and changing habits.
